水煮蘆筍Boiled Asparagus

材料
蘆筍        500公克

Ingredients
500 grams asparagus

調味料:
沙拉醬    適量

Seasoning:
Desired amount of salad dressing

做法:

1.蘆筍切去頭部,削去粗皮。
2.燒一鍋水,水開後將蘆筍粗莖部分先下鍋煮約10秒,再將整根蘆筍放入鍋中煮約10秒,取出後用冰開水泡涼後瀝乾。
3. 將蘆筍切小段裝盤,淋上沙拉醬即可。

Preparation Instructions:
1. Cut off the head of the asparagus, peel off coarse skin.
2. Put water into a pan and bring to a boil. Place the stem of the asparagus first into the boiling water for 10 seconds, then place the whole asparagus into the pan for 10 more seconds. Remove and place it in a bowl of ice water to cool, then remove and drain dry.
3. Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces and arrange on a plate. Drizzle it with salad dressing and it's done.
